* Advise our buyer/clients in structuring an appropriate offer to purchase the selected property.
* Present the offer to the seller's agent and seller on our buyer/client's behalf.
* Negotiate on behalf of our buyer/client to help obtain the best price and terms on the desired property.
* Review and explain all legal documents to our buyer/clients.
* Provide a list of potential qualified vendors/inspectors/contractors needed by our buyer/clients.
* Review closing documents and attend closings with our buyer/clients.
Most importantly, our buyer/clients know without a doubt they are fully represented throughout the entire real estate transaction.
